1 c. Frozen Peaches
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tble Agave (you can use honey or maple syrup)
1 1/2 c. Milk (more if it is too thick)
Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Very delicious and healthy. You can use this same basic recipe for any frozen fruit you would like to make into a smoothie.
